Weird TRANSMISSION PROBLEM
 

I dont know much about cars ,but this really stumps me. I have a 2000 4runner. When in drive if you turn the head lights on and put them on bright , the transmission drops to first gear and the reverse light comes on.
pretty scary when your driving down the road. Any idea's ??
