Default 91 6cyl 4x4 Multiple electric failures in dash

Hi,
I have a 1991 4 Runner 4x4 6cyl 5 speed. It's a great vehicle, approx 233,000 miles. Last week three dashboard related systems failed at the same time: 1. heater blower motor 2. gauges 3. Side windows. I've had it in several local shops. They checked fuses and some otherbasic thingsand thought they had isolated a common point of failure as the INTEGRATION RELAY/Junction Block #1 (J/B #1). But replacing the INTEGRATION RELAY (with a used electrical part) didn't help.Any hot tips on where to go from here? Has anyone seen anything similar? Would appreciate any tip and guidance. Thanks! Clint

I have the exact same model. 281k.

Blower motor has a relay ifNO blower speeds work, located where the firewall meets the carpet on passenger side floorboard.
If only one of 3 speeds work, usually only the lowest will in this case, the speed selector is actually a module and can be replaced.
Check incoming voltage to the motor which will be surface voltage of 12-13vdc.
Gauges are fuses, there are 4 fuse boxes.
Side windows: First check for a depressed Window Lock button, don't laugh, it got me good once when only the driver's side window would operate. Fried Window Lock switches have been seen from too much spilt coffee or too many times with the window down when it rains.
