My names Brad, I have a 1989 Red 4runner. Ive lifted, snorkeled and added 31" tires to her. My trucks mostly know for catching
on fire one night after riding when my distributor (im guessing) shorted out after getting wet. Currently the motor has a knock in the
#4 or 6 piston and I'm in the process of tearing it down to the heads to see if its a bent rod or a stuck valve. Hopfully either of those
so I wont need to go any further. Future plans are to purchase a 2 1/2 body lift and maybe squeeze some 33 or 35, though I may have
have to change gearing. Great having this forum here and look forward to talking to you all.
