Very interested to hear. I am trying my best not to cave into ANOTHER Explorer because they are tempting money-wise.
What engine did you chose, and how's the miles/gal ?

 

MY new 4 runner is a 6 cyl, SR5. The only options that I got were
the bigger tires (17), double decker cargo with signature mat,
moonroof, steering wheel controls for stereo. I haven't driven
enough to calculate milelage yet.

from what i know of explorer owners, and 4runner owners, the runner is alot more reliable a vehicle over time...i know a few people who have mid-80s models that are stil running strong as toys and daily drivers!</P>
