New driver, 1992 4runner, EXTREME!
Cool looking forum. I hope its pretty busy! I just picked this up as my very first vehicle. Rock on! I'm 18 and work two jobs, and still will bearly have enough to pay for gas. I'll be paying through the nose for this, I know it! Though it's a 1992, it's remarkably clean on the interior, all exterior and even engine is near spotless! Brand new deep track tires. I'm looking forward to some good V6 3.0 4WD SR5 action. I'm getting the materials together to modify the interior so (just about) everything is water resistant nylon Mossy Oak Camoflogue... Seat covers, carpet (if it doesn't get too complicated), and side panelling on doors (if I can figure it out!). If anyone can give me tips on how to get the side paneling off the doors and the back easily, that'd be cool. I'm on the way to equipping those extreme glow lights (blue) to the top back of the 4runner so I can have a good light sources for the inside when its dark, plus I can have it pulsate to music. I'm holding off on extreme sub woofers / sound system etc. as that would compromise my space for stuff. Well, here's looking forward to some adventure!
EXTREME- Jerrel BTW- I'll post killer pictures once I get some detailing done! |

Sounds like a good idea.. as taking a corner today, the paved road suddenly became gravel and I skid into a pole which scraped and dented my front right fender... I wasn't even going moderately fast, either... actually slowing down. Ah, no good. Looks like I'll have to work a little overtime to fix this...
Un-extreme... |

man, that sucks...is it supposed to be unpaved? id call the road comission and complain.

haha a montana rave! that's funny. anyway, hey while you are at it with the interior taken apart, you should try to save up for some sound deadening to install since all that stuff will be taken out. i swear it's worth the $ if you do it right. your interior will be Benz-quiet even with mud tires, and any audio system will sound like it cost twice as much as it did.
