Hi, folks. I just took delivery today of my 7th Toyota vehicle, and my 6th 4Runner. I've had 3 1st generantion 4Runners, 2 2nd gen. rigs, and with today, I take my first 3rd gen. truck. It is a 1997 dark green model with 3.4L V6 and 5 speed stick, moonroof, and alloy wheels, etc. The surprise is that it includes a Toyota e-locker, and I can't wait to take on the trails with this rig. It does need a little work but nothing too pressing, and eventually I'm going to give it a mild lift. I'm glad to be here, and I hope to have this truck for years to come and enjoy some great wheeling with it.

Just gave my rig its maiden voyage with a whole bunch of built Toyota Land Cruisers with 33 inch tires and up, and me on my 265s. We went on an "intermediate trail", which is definitely harder than stock, and you really should be running 33s or larger. But my little 4Runner made it all the way, getting stuck just once due to some bad spotting adivce. My running boards are toast, but I was gonna take those off anayway and replace them with proper rock sliders anyway...
