Just bought a 1998 4 runner sr5 4x4.. its in great shape and everything seems function as it supposed to . One issue though, when accelerating thru the gears ( its standard) there's an initial , slight hesitation and miss . It soon goes away as i continue to accelerate. I'll be getting it scanned but does anyone recognize this and can might ID the issue ?
