Wannabee, found a great '04, opinions?

Hi, I've had a 4x4 Tundra for awhile and based on how happy I've been with it decided to buy a Toyota for our next SUV instead of another JeepGrand Cherokee of which we've had several. I considered the Land Cruiser and Sequoia but settled on the 4Runner especially because of the mileage of the V6 with the 4WD. I went to a local dealer today just to look and wouldn't you know they had a great sounding one - 2004 Limited, 4WD, V6. tow, 21,000mi, cosmetically excellent, drives well. I've been researching these for awhile so I'm familiar with their features but looking for some opinions. Is this too good to pass up or should I wait for a 2005 - 2006 with the 5 speed or any other features I'm missing? Also the car is CarFax clean with one owner, a Toyota exec. Thanks for any guidance. They want a bit over KBB suggested retail, probably owing to the outstanding condition.
