Are You Receiving TOO MANY 4RF Emails?

Click on My Profile up above.

You will see "CONTROL PANEL" and under it, click My Subscription.

Those are the threads and sections you are subscribed to... you may uncheck the ones you don't want to stop receiving so many emails.

Yes,im one of those receiving many JF mails but its alright with me as long as im learning with the message.Some are questions and some are answers so,its all worth to have on my mail.

Too many? Id like to at least get one No matter the subscription settings, I dont get any e-mails from here.
