Class Action Lawsuit BOS
I received a notice that (in Canada) there is a settlement pending on a Class Action re:- Brake Override System (BOS)
Settlement is that I take $62.50, or the free installation of a BOS.
I just wonder about the usefulness of BOS.
I already have driveability issues with my Runner.....the computer controls my acceleration even though I have traction on all wheels, so I wonder if a BOS is only going to make things worse ?
Info on-line says it is all about putting feet on both gas and brake at the same time, and this system would make it that the brake would override the gas pedal. I don't drive with both feet, so should I take the $62.50 and run ???
