98 superhcharged SR5
 

I just purchased a nice 98 SR5 with the TRD supercharger and TRD headers on it and its got around 80k miles. The thing has some decent pickup for an SUV.

I have heard that there is some maintenance that these superchargers need at around 90k miles. For instance the bearing on the snout and changing the gear oil. I have also heard that you maybe should send the worm gear in to be looked at?

Anyone have some more experience with these that can fill me in? Thanks!

change the belt and check the bearings...
