been looking into the soft top scenario since i am in need of one myself. what i found is this. there is a company that still makes them but they are expensive. go to www.can-back.com they are based out of pheonix arizona and it looks like the price fora 1st gen top is 1300. lemme know if this helps you out.

awesome i'm glad you found something. if its not too much trouble i'd love to see some pics of the top in action and deets you have about it. final price ect. from what i saw in the website its a little out of my price range so i'm working on building my own top right now. but it would be cool to see what the can back actually looks like and how it operates.
