I have a 97 4Runner Ltd Black that just came down w/ leaking head gasket. i'm willing to part w/ the whole thing for $4000 if you're interested. I'm in Fl (not sure where you are) but i think this is a great deal if you're looking for parts or heck, if you knwo what you're doing and can fix it. New it's worth about $8 - $10K... I need to make a decision on whether or not to trade it on Monday.
