I have struggled with a very sever anxiety disorder since the age of 12. I can't even leave the house without having panic attacks.
I've tried various medications, hypnosis, and therapy and nothing has ever helped. If you suffered from an anxiety disorder, did you ever find anything that helped calm you down?
