How did they say the wear was on em? I'm lookin' for something that'll last a long time with on-road driving...

That's not bad... Probably a few years eh? That's pretty good. I'm really concerned about gas mileage too... Man... my Runner only gets like 15 mpg... about half of what my bike got! it's takin' some time to get used to!</P>

Are they good for off-roading too?? I want a good compromise... I'll probably end up getting the BFG All-Terrain

RE: toyo mud terrains

Well I bit the bullet and put them on yesterday. All I got to say is they are bad A$$. I went with 265/75/16 E rated tire, they drive real smoth and only a little bit of a hmmmm at 70 KM per hour. These are the only M/T I could find with actual real sipes through the lugs. From 0 to about 10k they feel like your going over a fine gravel road but they level right out after that.. Myself and the tire guy were freaking out at the small amount of weight they needed to get balanced. My BFG A/T used almost 4X the weight to balance.
