96 4 runner no power on rear window

96 4 runner no power on rear window
I believe that I will need some advise.
I replaced a none workimgs motor, for a eBay no OEM motor. Well after I cut the cables red and green and replaced, I have no power on the rear window, none on the power switch under steering or power up-down.
All fuses are OK, rear blue box have power, but no power goes to the window motor.
