Default big rear window problem, stuck up, motor broke I think

hi, I guess these are the worse problems with these damn vehicles! I have a 92 2 door, and the rear window is stuck up. I applyed power to the motor but it just makes a small clicking sound. How the hell do I take the moto off. The screws holding it are facing thge outside and the assembly cant be taken out cause it is bearing the weight of the window. What do i do??? Plz, i need to open for work and I have already fixed it once. Any help thx

put a plastic cover over it for a temporary fix.
use lots of tape and leave your windows rolled up while driving because of cabbin air pressure.
