Question towing a travel trailer question

I have a 2008 SR5 and I am planning on pulling my travel trailer to the northern part of Arkansas. With my trailer loaded I am right at 5000lbs. I pull with an Equalizer weight distribution hitch and I will be the only passenger in my 4R. Does anyone think I will have a problem with over heating the transmission or straining the engine? I pulled my smaller camper weighing around a total of 3600Lbs. last year in the same area without any problems. I'll be leaving in a couple of weeks. I'm taking my new camper for a trial run this weekend pulling it for the first time loaded but only 23 miles one way on flat roads! OH, My 4R did not come with a tow package.

I'm new to this and I think I put my post concerning pulling a travel trailer in the wrong section of this forum. It probably should be a tech question. Sorry.
