CD player will not load cds. When I push load button it says wait, and that means radio is hot to let it cool off, so I waited til morning and it said same thing and I know it wasn't hot it was right when I started it 1st time of the day... anyone know if its fixable

 

Any kind of info you have will be helpful, I just bought the 4runner and it's great other than the CD player not loading, it's like the cage or whatever that changes cc is stuck in place, there's a metal grate that prevents me from being able to insert cd.
