Tow Package Wiring - No Power at Plug
Yes, I am new at this and have only had my 4runner a short while and have a lot to learn.
My question is where is the next logical place to check for voltage? My plug has no power; I've traced the wiring through the penetration in the cargo area into the truck, and it looks like it goes behing the paneling on the left hand side. But there doesn't appear to be a direct splice to the tail light on that side. Do I need to pull that panel? Is there a junction box somewhere? Or is there a quick fix that I overlooked somewhere?
It is a '96 SR5 with a factory tow package. Please help.
Thanks,
B
