Does anyone know how to wire a 05 4runner to be able to use the factory locker when in 2wd and 4hi. I have seen a couple of people doing it on tacomas, but I think it is different on the 4runner because I can't even find my ecu from the directions for tacoma's.

 

I don't know if it's just the newer models but my 98 can use the lockers in 4h I believe or at least the light comes on, have you tried doin it before?

 

Your right. I read the manual again and you can lock in 4hi.I would still really like to be able to lock in 2wd. It has to be possible, I just have no knowledge of wiring.
