Default Changing Spark Plugs

So it's about that time for me to replace the plugs and wires in my 4Runner. I've got just over 117K miles, bought it with 86K and just realized that I never had the plugs or wires changed and don't know when the last time (if ever) the previous owners changed them.

First off... what plugs are best? I've heard a lot about NGK but was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Bosch? There a bit cheaper and was wondering if it might be worth saving the extra money.

Also, when changing the plugs I'll be swapping the wires as well... should I also swap the coil pack? The previous car I owned was an Audi A4 and everytime I changed plugs/wires it was recommended to change the coil pack as well. I'm hoping to avoid doing this with the 4Runner, but if it's highly recommended I'll do.

Thanks for the info
