Greetings all!

Im new to the board, so forgive me if this topic has come up before.

I have an 03 4runner sport edition, and as im sure most of you are aware, the lower body trim is a "textured gray plastic" (and 04 - present are all color-specific and smooth).

A trip to the local Home Depot resulted in a nice couple scratches on my rear-most trim piece (the one that goes from the wheel well to the rear bumper....this piece is the one that the mud guards screw onto.) and id like to replace it.

I went to the local dealer and a new one would cost around $200 and no bone yards around here have any.

Does anyone have any advice as to what i should do? Should i give in an buy the dealer part? Is there someplace with replacement trim parts? Can i replace it myself or should i have a body shop do it?

Any advice is appreciated.
