Default Front Receiver Hitch for 1999?

I'd really like to use a receiver-mounted winch and have the option of using it on either the front or the back, but I'm having no luck with finding a front hitch that fits a 1999 4WD LTD. I've looked at Warn, Draw-Tite, Curtis, Hidden Hitch, and Reese. Most of those companies offer hitches for other years, but Toyota must have changed something with the frame in '99 that made after market guys not want to design a front hitch. Anyone know anything about this? My only other option is to go with a bumper replacement like ARB offers for about $900, which is another reason to go the hitch route.

I know that the performance magazine has a front hitch for 96 bumpers....im not sure if they had it for the 99 since you guys have a different front bumper... here is the link to the catalog..

Thanks for the info, but I went ahead and had a custom hitch made and I'm very happy with it. You barely notice it directly below the bumper and I didn't have to make any modifications to the bumper, etc. My Warn winch mounts and works like a champ.
