Hi to all. I have a 1990 4-runner, I have been having tailgate problems. Have any of you had them?

I replaced the rear window assembly myself a couple years ago. It was a used unit. The other day I stuck in the key in the tailgate keyhole, put the window down, and it would not go back up. Has this happened to any of you? Could it be the switch/latch assy? Or the limit switch?

Let's face it, this thing is getting up there in years. I don't really want to spend much on it, but I am handy and have kept it running so far. Any suggestions?
