I changed the Serpentine belt on my 2003 4runner 4x4, but it doesn't seem tight enough and the car doesn't start the same since I put it on earlier this afternoon. It takes about a second longer to start. I haven't driven it yet, but it kind of smells like it is burning when the engine is running. Is it too loose?

Can anyone tell me how to tighten the belt? Thanks

 

Never mind, the belt had slipped off of one of the wheels. All is well now.
