My wife wants a new suv. I do not want an explorer, or a volvo xc. She is of with a 4runner, which modeldo i get. Does anyone really use the third row seat. Also which seat fabric is best? the cloth, the synthetic leather, or the expensive leather of the limited. 2 grandkids and a bid dog will inhabit this vehicle. Thanks, Dave
