Im wondering how many miles i should be looking to get on a 1990-1995 4runner. Im looking to buy one when i return out to colorado in january, and im looking to spend under 3 grand for it. How many miles do these trucks run too and also what are some major fixes and repairs i should be looking for or looking forward to fixing.. I was also looking at some jeep cherokees but im thinking a 4runner would be more reliable and a longer lasting jeep for colorado. Any input would be great. Thanks.

 

My 82 Crossfire Injected Corvette has 265,000 miles on it, and its still going strong. I bought it used in 1988 when it only had 43,000 miles on it, and it has been my daily driver ever since. I put rings and bearings in its engine at 125,000 miles, then I completely rebuilt the engine at 200,000 miles.
