Post Need Engine for 1990 Toyota 4runner v6

I just purchased a 1990 Toyota 4runner with the 3.slow v6. It is the 5speed manual too. It has great 31's AT tires, but the suspension is totally shot. Interior is in perfect condition. The current engine is totally stock and has 214k. It idles rough and i'm only getting about 11 mpg. My top highway speed is 75, and there is a definite lack of power even though it only has 150hp stock. Does anyone know a good website for rebuilt 3.slows, or have any suggestions as to what I should do? I'm considering purchasing a 2in suspension lift form Rocky-Road.com Its the Heavy duty Old Man Emu one. If anyone has any suggestions for me I'd be most appreciative. I'm just a poor college student so I'm trying to keep my cost down, but get the most amount of power and fuel economy out of it as possible.
