Default Wannabee, found a great '04, opinions, advice?

Hi, Based on my happiness with my 4x4 Tundra I've decided to replace our Jeep Grand Cherokee (we've had several) with a Toyota. After looking at Land Cruisers and Sequoias I've settled on a 4Runner especially due to the superior gas mileage with the V6 and 4WD. I went to one of the dealers today and wouldn't you know it they had a great sounding one - 2004, Limited, 4WD, 21,000mi, Certified, one owner, impeccable condition, drives well, good color. Is this too good to pass up or do I wait for a 2005 with 5 speed, for example. Anything I should be wary of, etc? Thanks for any advice.

Sounds good, for the year that it is and themileage thats on it though I would get a carfax report (or something like that) typically you see about 12k miles added per year.
