I recently installed a 3" cornfed lift kit (aluminum strut spacers). Now my front suspension squeaks. Did I do something wrong? I have heard that I should have waited to tighten the suspension parts until the truck was back on the ground, but that didn’t seem right to me. What should I do to make the squeak stop? Loosen and re tighten the sway bar and struts while the truck is on the ground? HELP!!

 

the aluminum spacers can cause squeeking, nothing some lube wont fix though as long as your springs are still wrapped.

 

What do you mean by making sure the springs are still wrapped? Whereshould I put the lube, and what type should I use? Thanks for the reply
