Default tranny fluid leaking into transfer case

got a 94 4runner, v6, auto tranny. it seems that my tranny is leeking into the transfer case. tansmission keeps going low, transfer case keeps getting over filled. i talked with a toyota dealership and after alot of people who obviously didnt know what they were talking about....one told me that there is no rear seal on the tranny, but that if the imput seal on the transfer case goes bad i'll get the same as i got now. so here is my problem:
how do i get the dang transfer case off? the haynes manual explains it very breifley. do i have to split the t-case? when i look under the truck all i see is two bolts holding the t-case to the tranny. i dont get it and since its my daily driver i cant afford to pull it out and take my time to figure this out. any one have some knoledge or experience with this?????
thanks!!!!!!!!!!
