Hello all...
I just installed the Magnaflow Catback Exhaust system with the dual side exit and it sounds great! However on my test drive I noticed that my driver's side automatic power window button isn't automatic anymore...and flashes twice intermittently. I disconnected the power while installing it like the brochure informed me to do so. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it? Thank you for your time and be safe out there!

 

it sounds like it might be "relearning"..how long has it been doing this?

 

Yes you're totally right! The next time I started the car a couple of hours later it stopped. Just curious if you knew why the window regulator had to "relearn" how to be automatic? I always thought the indent was the "automatic" part. They should make all of the windows automatic too!

 

are you talking about going automatically up and down when you press the button all the way?
If you want it to work once again without having to wait just hold the button that makes it go down, but hold it the entire time the window is going down do the same for going up and it should work once again. It is reprograming the automatic moduale, machines take time to learn.

 

There is a notice inside the hood somewhere stating that the rear window and one other item(I don't remember what) must be reestablished if the power to the battery is disrupted.
