So i was driving about 25 mph and went over a speed hump (usually no big deal). when i went over it this timei heard a clunk and my engine started smokin so i pulled over and it was spewing oil all over the place. The leakis on the back passenger side of the motor. i thought the valve cover gasket blew out so i replaced that, but didnt solve the problem. I cant pinpoint where the leak is coming from exactly. Ne ideas on what to do next im pretty mechanical savi Im just not very good at diagnosing the situations. Other than the oil leak the truck runs great, has oil pressure according to the gauge.

 

just recently I had the same problem it was the head gasket it leaked out the back passenger side of the motor toward the top

 

if its a head gasket you should have smoke too and poor idleing.

Although oil leaking like that usually is. I would look long and hard, just asking here isnt going to be enough, if you cant do it yourself a good garage can help you out.
