94 4-runner, 260,000 miles, starts fine when cold, but as soon as it reaches operating temp it stalls. It will re-start easily, then after 30 sec. or 2 min. will stall again. It might take 30 re-starts before it finally decides to run, and then it will run all day, until it cools-off.

Dealer says "if it's not broke, they can't fix".
