Default 99 toyota 4runner rear springs

My 99 ltd rides great all the time, except when towing a trailer. The boat is 3200lbs (with brakes) and the tounge weight is enough that it brings the truck down to the rubber inserts inside the springs. Maybe thats ok but I don't like the look or feel of it sitting so low. I am wondering if there is a kit, or air system that could fix this. Does the rubber inserts inside the springs come out to make way for an air bag? Any help to level my ride would be appreciated.

You can also look into a different coil spring for the back, something that takes alot more to compress. Might hurt your everyday driving a little but not much that you would really care I think and it would help with the toys towing..
