I figured I would start my own thread since I have not found the same issue searching for the last 2 days.

Here is the issue:

All the brake, abs and vsc warnings are on.

CEL is NOT on.

Brake pedal is very hard with very little brake force.

Yes it is full of fluid. Everything is still connected.

2003 4Runner 2wd V6 Limited


Any ideas?
