Howdy All:

I have had a '04 V6 SR5 for about 9 months..

I am having problems with my Automatic Rear Window...

It seems to have a mind of it's own...

It goes down even when the button on my key chain is not pressed

Is there any way to disable the Automatic Rear Window button on the key chain?

three ways to activate rear window.

1-keychain transmitter only works if engine is off( no key in ignition)
2-switch on dash
3-control module located in rear trunk lid. very easy to get to just pull off rear panel (couple of pop clips) mine was orange about 5"x3"
try replacing this first.
