Default break fluid leak

my rear left side drum appears to be leaking break fluid all over the rim and is coming from inside the drum. Fluid splattered all over inside of tire also. Can anyone help me as to what may be causing this or what I should do to fix the problem?

Default RE: break fluid leak

Sounds like you have rear diff. fluid leaking past the axle seal.It may be brake fluid if your wheel cylinder is leaking. To check the cylinder remove tire and brake drum and pull back the rubber boots on the wheel cylinder if fluid squirts out ya need new wheel cylinders.
