Default Cabin Fan Obstruction

Aloha! My 97 4Runner just developed some sort of obstruction in the climate control fan ducting. Perhaps a leaf or plastic. The fan output through the vents is greatly reduced and the noise is pretty irritating - the noise seems centered behind the glovebox area. Is this an easy fix? Any ideas on how to clear the vent system?

Thanks.

The same thing happened to my friends RX7. Take the blower assembly out and clean the trash out of the blower cylinder. It should be fairly easy just be careful to keep all the screws and make sure you put it back together the same way you took it apart. While you have it apart push acoat hanger or pipe cleaner through the vents to get any extra trash out of the vents.
