Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have two issues that may or may not be related. I own a 2000 SR5 4WD V6 automatic 4runner. The first issue is that it is idling high. When I start it cold it idles at about 1500 rpms. When I let off the brake it accelerates fairly quickly.

The second issue started a little while back- while driving at above 65-70 mph, it would automatically shift down, causing the RPMs to go high, as if I was flooring it. It is now starting to shift hard and won't shift into its final gear when traveling above 60mph.
