hubs

i have an 88 and the front hub doesnt turn freely by hand, should i spray it with pb blaster or do i have to grease it??

Depends on what's in there already. Stuff like PBB and WD-40 will dissolve grease if that's whats in there.

Hub, probably grease but you never know until you open/inspect.
