The high beam headlights to my 2001 4runner have been working intermittently. The only other item of concern is my vehicle does have fog lights and one of them is out….. not sure if this has any impact. When the high beams are not working I can hear a click under the dash on the passenger side. I am assuming this is a relay. I checked all the fuses they are fine. Does anyone have any suggested troubleshooting approaches or a suggest repair maunal?
