Shock replacement

I'm looking to replace the shocks on a '97, V6, 4WD, 140k miles. Should I replace the spring assembly as well?

Local dealers can surely source you with your needs. About the springs it depends on the condition of it, if its already sag. But if you have the budget replace it as a whole.
