Whats the best transmission for a 308 in my 4runner?

Default Whats the best transmission for a 308 in my 4runner?
Ihave a 85 4runner with a 308 in it and i have broken 2 transmissions due to the power of the motor, if anyone has done the same conversion whatbox did you use and how hard was theinstall.
