can anyone help me out with this one

have an 87 4runner with 130k miles. A couple months ago i noticed that it was starting to start harder than usual and would misfire after start up. Two weeks ago after driving for a while i shut it off and when i went to restart it would only crank over. Left is sit over nite, went out the next morning and it fired right up with out any problems. Two days ago i turned the key and it started very hard and then proceed to misfire on 2 of the 4 cylinders. the misfire would go away after reaching about 4000 rpms. Went to start it that after noon and nothing happened. Replaced the coil, started right up,still a little misfire. Yesterday it would not start at all. Am thinking it could be the ignitor pack(square box that sits on top of the coil) hoping its not because a new one is about 300 bucks and cant seem to find one at the local salvage yard.

changed plugs, cap and rotar last year
changed fuel filter last fall

comments and suggestions will be appreciated

mechanical advance might be stuck in the distributer. if you get it started again, check the timing.

Sounds like some type of a sensor like a crank position sensor, cam pos sensor, knock sensor, or tps.
