Yo!

I'm getting ready to do the exhaust (cat back) on my 4Runner... my OEM junk has succumbed to the midwest rust @#$!!! Anyhow, I'm looking at "upgrading" from OEM exhaust to something that sounds a little deeper... any recomendations? I really want to go with a Flowmaster, but I was told that they don't make anything for the 3rd gen 4Runners (2000) . Is this true? Flowmaster does make an exhaust kit for the 2000 Tacoma, what's the difference between the Tacoma and the 4Runner??? I called Flowmaster and they weren't sure if there was one. Anyhow, at this point, all I can find is a Borla kit, but that sounds a little more raspy than what I'd like.
Does anyone have the Borla exhaust system? Does anyone know if the Flowmaster for the Tacoma will work on the 3rd gen 4Runner?

You also check Borla and magnaflow as a replacement exhaust upgrade.

 

You can try magnaflow, Borla, and flowmaster have a good quality brand for exhaust.
