You might want to check the local laws where you live. A lot of states that require smog checks do not allow the dual exhaust due to the emmisions. If you are just thinking of doing a cat back i'm sure it's possible. You might check with a local muffler shop and see if they can fabricate one for you. That is what I did for my diesel truck and also one of my cars. I have not done anything to my 4runners exhaust yet.

actually, those custom muffler shop can help you do anything you want with your car. Oh btw, I wanna put the TRD exhaust though, I think it's even better especially on a dual exit.
