I an now an official 4runner owner for all of 4 days... got a new 08 SR5 4x4 v6..
seems to be one of the few real suv's still out there.. came out of a ford supercrew that i loved, but the mileage was eating me up.. this is much improved...
look forward to learning a lot about this really neat vehicle on this forum..

Im out of a 4-runner and into a SCREW hehe I have another brand new toyota too, but that gets me to break even.

 

the SCREW is really a nice vehicle..have had 2 of them and put a 100k on each of them with nary a problem... they are comfortable and ride really nice for a truck..
but i do like this 4runner.. just gotta scale things down..
so far the mileage deal on the dash is showing 23-25 mpg... i do like that...
went over to look at the highlanders, but when i looked at the 4runner, i fell in love.. it is much more trucklike than the highlander.. i think it will serve my purposes much better..
