Hello, my name is Chris & I bought my 4Runner in Sacramento. I got one with the 4cyl, 2 X 4 setup thinking I was gonna be driving on flat ground & would be in traffic half of the time. Passed up the 4 X 4, 6cyl setup without thinking of the future. I now live south of Denver where its really hilly & snowy. I have no problems with being first off the line but it changes really quick. I get passed all the time & have to down-shift just to make it up the hills on the way home, hoping there aint a line building up behind me. I have looked in many, many magazines & websites but cant seem to find hardly any aftermarket products for the pre-02 4Runners. No body kits, no engine mods, no interior mods, nothing. Am I the only person who doesnt have their 4Runner all jacked up & going offroad with it? Am I the only one who wants to look good driving down the street? Where can I go to get help? I need to make it uphill & look good doing it. Who can help me?
